LOVE!!!

At some time or another we must have all come across the word Love. Disaster stricken, full of grief and melancholy and yet a reason to live. Funny how we thrive on beauty and yet manage to land into a trap so painful. Love is apparently blind. Well I personally believe that love is over rated. The entire concept seems has been written about and stretched to every extent and beyond. The truth is that in today’s world of moral and mortal degradation one wants to believe in something so pure. But again reality check my friends for it is merely the want or need. Love is a desire and hence we need to satisfy it. Like it is said in the study of consumer behaviour, human beings have needs and wants, and the behaviour they depict to satisfy these needs and want is called consumer behaviour. Thus we try to satisfy our want either for companionship, sex, and so on so forth and so we reach a highly over rated word LOVE!

Today is the hour for practicality, where the only value that remains is monetary. We need people and with them establish a give and take relationship which we term as love. We may or may not originally have a liking but eventually we develop it, how else would we establish the relationship. So as I was saying love is synonymous for compromise, sacrifice and pain, yet we dwell for it in its absence and seem to have enough of it in its presence.

Yes there is one form of Love for which I thank The God Almighty I believe it is called self love and God Bless Narcissus!
